Uptown Legacy is free to use. All three floors — Education, Branding and Trademark — are open to everyone. There is no sign-up, no payment and no subscription.

Uptown Legacy, including its AI coach, provides education and general guidance about branding and trademarks. It is not a law firm, does not give legal advice, and does not create an attorney-client relationship. We do not file trademarks for you and cannot promise that any name is available or that any application will be approved. For legal questions about your situation, talk with a licensed trademark attorney.
The AI coach
The coach is powered by artificial intelligence. It can make mistakes. Check important facts, fees and deadlines with the official source, such as uspto.gov, before you rely on them.
Your work
What you save in your Brand Book belongs to you. It is kept for your browser, so use the same device and browser to come back to it, and print or save it as a PDF to keep a copy.
Fair use
Use Uptown Legacy for your own business. Do not copy or resell the lessons, or misuse the service.
