Putting your plan together
You now know what a brand is, how it is built, what a trademark protects and how the USPTO process works. Your plan from here:
- In Step 2 · Branding, build your brand piece by piece and save each one to your Brand Book.
- In Step 3 · Trademark, check your name for conflicts, choose your classes and prepare your own filing.
- Then spend on your website, signs and marketing, knowing your name is clear.
Ask your coach anything you are still unsure about before moving on.
